Why Novel Builders?
86% Repeat-Client Business
One of the strongest measurements of a construction company's performance is whether clients choose to work with that company again.
Approximately 86% of Novel Builders' work comes from repeat clients.
We believe that reflects the value of communication, accountability, transparency and long-term relationships throughout the construction process.
Experienced Alternative-Delivery Contractor
Over the past 13 years, Novel Builders has delivered:
- 80% of our projects are conducted through an integrated fashion
- 60+ CMAR Projects
- 30+ Design-Build Projects
This experience allows our team to become involved well before construction and contribute to budgeting, design coordination, constructability, scheduling and procurement.
Owner & Executive Involvement
Novel Builders maintains active leadership involvement throughout our projects.
Owners and project stakeholders have direct access to an experienced team that remains accountable for the project's objectives from preconstruction through completion.
Open Communication
Construction projects inevitably involve decisions.
Our responsibility is to give owners clear information regarding cost, schedule, constructability and risk so they can make informed decisions throughout the project.
