New ground up 45,000 SF one-story state-of-the-art public safety & municipal complex, combining both a Fire Station and Police Station. The Fire Station includes 4 apparatus bays, full kitchen, showers, lockers, 12 dorm rooms, and offices, along with community and conference rooms. The Police Station features a ICC-500 rated storm shelter, booking and holding cells, fitness and training rooms, a crime lab, and evidence storage, as well as specialized spaces for weapons and narcotics storage and detox rooms.
The facility also includes modern architectural elements such as a steel structure with mezzanine, aluminum storefronts, ACM panels, and a standing seam metal roof system. Comprehensive site work includes a retaining wall, detention pond, landscaping, and outdoor amenities, creating a secure and functional environment for public service.

The facility also includes an ICC-500 rated storm shelter, modern architectural elements such as a mezzanine, three (3) BAF to provide air circulation in the apparatus bays, brick, natural stone, stucco, and board & panel batten siding exterior facade. The roof system is a standing seam metal roof system with aluminum gutters. Comprehensive site work includes utilities, paving, retaining walls, landscaping and irrigation. Additional structural elements include a functional patio and porch environment for rest and relaxation.

Pad Prep & Steel was originally to be owner provided. This cost was adjusted via change order, as Novel had to procure directly.

The exterior envelope is comprised of CMU Block, stone veneer, aluminum storefront, architectural woodwork & finished carpentry, and standing seam metal roof system.
